Hi, I'm Ilya. I'm 18 and my pronouns are he/him. I'm a bisexual aromantic, which means I experience physical attraction regardless of sex or gender but not romantic attraction. I'm masc and I prefer femme or andro people.
My interests
I like reading and writing science fiction, fantasy, and horror. I also like listening to music and watching TV shows and movies, but I don't game often. I mess around with software too; I use Debian Linux and write my own code, like I did for this page.
My politics
I don't understand why people, after a century of famine, still believe in central planning when it's impossible for a state to know the preferences of every person within its borders at all times. Higher or lower demand can tell a business how to allocate goods and services without mind-reading.
But capitalism turns businesses into dictatorships where decisions are made by distant rulers who have an incentive to enrich themselves as much as possible, even with perfect welfare and regulation. So I think market socialism is the best possible system.
